Taco Meat

1 T. vegetable oil
1 pd. ground beef
1 onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
Brown above ingredients, drain grease

Add:
2 T. chili powder
1 t. cumin
1 t. coriander
½ t. oregano
¼ t. cayenne
salt
½ c. tomato sauce
½ c. chicken broth
2 t. cider vinegar
1 t. brown sugar

Simmer meat for 30 min. to 1 hour reducing liquid. I like to triple the batch and freeze for another time.
