Country Style Lamb Marinade

2 pounds chicken, beef or lamb (cut into individual servings or cubes for skewers)
¾ c. oil
6 T. soy sauce
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
3 T. Orange juice concentrate
1 T. dry mustard
1 t. pepper
1 t. salt
1 T. chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour over meat. Refrigerate covered for up to 24 hours. Cook on grill.
